We are delighted to host the fourth Scottish FA Central Region Coaching Conference from Broadwood Stadium, Cumbernauld.
The conference is aimed at coaches working at all levels of football, and will include a variety of practical sessions as well as a discussion forum.
The conference has been designated as a continuous professional development (CPD) event for coaches who attend.
Christophe Moulin FC Sion
Christophe Moulin is currently the Academy Manager of FC Sion in Swizerland. Moulin played professionally for four Swiss clubs making his debut in the Super League for Roy Hodgson when he was manager of Neuchatel Xamax FC.
In season 2003/2004 he accepted a role late in the season as Caretaker manager at Neuchatel Xamax where he successfully helped the club avoid relegation. His coaching career has taken him outside of Switzerland too working for five years with the Irish FA as a Performance Coach.
He also had a spell in Tunisia as an Assistant Manager at Tunis who are current holders of the African Champions League.
He returned to Switzerland in July 2012 to take up his current role as Academy Director at FC Sion.
Lee Skyrme Cardiff City FC
Lee Skyrme is currently the Lead Performance Coach at Cardiff City FC. Skyrme has been involved with the club for the past four years helping develop the likes of Adam Mathews (Celtic) and Aaron Ramsey (Arsenal) during their time at the club.
His current role sees him predominantly working with the clubs u18 Team and his session at the conference will focus on the clubs approach in helping players in that age group make the transition into first team football.
Prior to joining Cardiff City he was involved a Football Development Officer and Coach Educator with the FAW.
